Dr. Martinez and his staff are exceptional. From the time I walked in the door, my pet and I were greeted and welcomed by the receptionist, taken to an exam room where an assistant quickly took Bellas vital signs and noted my concerns. Dr. Martinez diagnosed Bellas dental abscess and ear infection right away. My dog, Bella, was suffering with an abscessed tooth and was in dire need of dental care. Dr. Martinez took care of her the same day. I feel my pet is in good hands with Dr. Martinez and his staff.

We found our cat abandoned in an apartment in our complex after her owner was evicted. She was left for six weeks in the dark with dog food kibble and water even though she has no teeth and went temporarily blind. By the time we got to her she was nearly in liver failure. The good people at Caring Hands did all they could for her and ultimately, saved her life. Thank you is not enough to express how grateful we are for their efforts. Sunny Girl is now walking, eating sporadically on her own, and has regained her vision.

Not once did they say “You’ll have to bring it up on your next visit!” Got a next day non-urgent 1st time appointment for 2 small senior dogs. I asked Alma and Dr. Martinez many different questions and they were all answered. I wasn’t rushed out of the room. Very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I think we’re going to be happy here.
