Steps our hospital is taking to help protect our patients, guests, and employees from COVID-19: *Additional Cleaning Procedures

*Employees will:

  • Wear gloves and masks at all times
  • WASH YOUR HANDS after every patient/owner interaction (even with gloves on)

*Communicate with Patients.

  • Asking patients about symptoms during reminder calls.
  • Consider rescheduling non-urgent appointments.
  • We may ask our patient owners to wear a mask or use tissues to cover their cough and offer them a separate space to wait.
  • As a Precaution, we may be closing earlier at 4:30 pm depending on customer demand, and as government mandates evolve.

Thank you for your understanding and for your helping us treat pets in need during these trying times. Together, we will get through this as peaceful as possible. Be safe out there, stay calm and God bless!

Appointment Cancellation, No Show or Late Policy

Your appointments and well-being of your pet(s) are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. 

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hour notice will result in a $35.00 cancellation fee

If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, we will consider this a missed appointment and the $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

No future appointments can be scheduled nor can records be transferred without payment of this fee

We appreciate your understanding and for allowing us to continue to provide you and your pet(s) the appropriate time for the designated care.
